Go-Ferm Protect Evolution is a complex nutrient mix that helps dry yeast rehydrate properly. Add to rehydration water before the yeast. Use 1.25 grams per 1 gram of yeast with 17mL of distilled water. After 15-30 min add to must. Works best with later use of Fermaid O or K. Fermaid O (Organic Fermaid K) contains organic sources of nitrogen, not DAP, along with nutrients for a healthy fermenation with less heat spikes. Better yeast health equals better flavors. Use 1.5g per gallon. Rehydrate in distilled water and add at 1/3 sugar depletion.
